## 🤔 Qu'est-ce qu'une StartUp d'État ?

Une **startup d'État** est une petite équipe soutenue par le gouvernement, utilisant des méthodes agiles pour résoudre rapidement des problèmes publics via des outils numériques. Leur objectif est d'améliorer les services publics en mettant l'accent sur l'innovation, l'efficacité et la simplification des démarches pour les citoyens.
